Bridget has been an amazing resource to my life. I don’t live chat with her as often as I probably should, but that is due to my wishes – she has made herself more than available to me. Probably the biggest take-away I have from counseling (which I have never participated in before) is having another neutral point of view for situations in my life that I am so terribly entangled in. She is understanding of what I’m trying to say and how I feel, but she has a way of positioning other ways to think about things that has been very helpful to me. Our conversations have helped me to start putting that into action in my day to day interactions. Whereas I used to just immediately start to see things my way, I’ve found that I’m much more likely to try and see someone else’s perspective before getting angry or upset. She has been great and I can’t thank her enough for the support she has provided to me.

Bridget is the best counselor I have ever worked with. She offers a variety of different formats and even has a 50-minute long video session she tries to do weekly which is such a rare gem on this platform. Whether via live chat or video, she always knows when to listen but also when to probe. She doesn’t leave me to talk for hours, she peppers the conversation with important questions for me to reflect on, and makes astute observations I may not have otherwise noticed. I talk about her and what I learned all the time to friends and family because of how invaluable it is – she has become the wise counselor of my entire circle!
