Therapist Self Care During A Pandemic: How are YOU doing?

While you are checking in with your clients, are you checking in with yourself? That was the question I was recently asked by a colleague and it got me thinking about our profession.

As therapists we preach it all the time, right? Yet are we actually walking the walk? Especially during times like these when our clients may need a little more from us..how are we managing ourselves? Our self care? Our mindset?

I gathered 3 peers and asked them to weigh in on this topic. I learned a lot while talking with them and hope you find this bonus episode helpful as you navigate being a helping professional during a pandemic.
